According to a study in Navarro University in Spain, Wine, cocktails, and beer consumption in some quantity every day can help in maintain body weight.

According to them , those people who taking Wine, cocktails, and beer in proper amount and dieting can easily maintain their weight than those who stopped taking it or those who taking other type of liquor.

"Mild to moderate intake of liquor, especially bottles, may contribute more to fight rather than put on bodyweight," the scientists said.

Health experts did experiments or analyzed the result of more than 30 facts and give final decision that there is nothing relation between liquor consumption in an affordable dose and body weight.
